The 2009 Dutch Orange Festival ended up being a short lived event! In celebration of the Dutch Queens Birthday, Huw from Commuter Cycles in Brunswick helped me on the stand. Thanks Huw! Huw quickly made tracks for the "Ollie Bollen" stand. Ollie Bollen basically translates to "Oily Balls" and is a tasty treat! 

We had great interest early on but unfortunately a front came through and the event got washed out with gale force winds just after it started! It wasn't all bad, I got to meet the AFL legend, Kevin Sheedy. His daughter had just come back from Amsterdam and wanted a Dutch bike...who could blame her?

We'll be back next year and try again!
